Finished and furnished to a high standard throughout this traditionally modern apartment is perfect for a couples get away in historic Leamington Spa or for remote workers who can benefit from the Wi-Fi and exceptional transport links along with free parking (a visitor's parking permit for one car is provided for use in Leamington Spa Zone 1).
Hi my name is Jemma and these are my beautiful apartments in Royal Leamington Spa. I look forward to hosting you! Guests have full private access to the Basement Flat along with their own separate private entrance. Although I live nearby, it is unlikely we will interact in person during your stay.
Clarendon Square is situated in the Heart of Regency Leamington Spa. Within easy walking distance to all amenities that the town has to offer ... both day and night. The Basement of a Grade II Listed Regency townhouse with immense style and character throughout. Located on one of Royal Leamington Spas most prestigious addresses. “Clarendon Square is a beautiful example of a Regency property,” retaining many beautiful original features. The properties position is next door to Napoleon III’s house, where he resided between 1838 and 1839" This apartment is so central that you can access anywhere in Leamington on foot. There are regular buses to Warwick, although you can walk to Warwick town centre along the water in 35 minutes. Leamington Spa train station is a 15 minute walk from this property with regular trains to Birmingham, Coventry, London etc Birmingham airport is a 28 min drive from this property (16 miles away) Heathrow is around 1 hour and 20 - 1 hour 30 mins away (approx 85 miles away)
