The Claymore is an attractive Victorian residence with its own private drive with free parking and gardens, only 2 minutes walk from Pitlochry town centre. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. With a range of en-suite accommodation including four poster rooms and ground floor rooms, all tastefully decorated with their own individual style. Some of our rooms are also pet-friendly. Also available are the Claymore Apartments (deluxe rooms). Enjoy a peaceful nights rest in our boutique style bedrooms, which feature bathrooms with large walk-in showers, heated mirrors and towel rails. They are finished with the highest quality oak and leather.

Our property was built in 1878 as a house for the local doctor, it was turned into letting accommodation back in the 1960's and has many repeat guests.
We have been running the guesthouse for 3 years, constantly improving and upgrading the property. We are situated at an ideal position, no hills involved for walking to and from town. We do everything possible to make sure guests have an excellent stay in the hope they will return.
Pitlochry and surrounding area has beautiful scenery, it is very central for travelling around Scotland and has a great train and bus service. Lots of golf courses, rivers for fishing, magnificent walks and lots of nice restaurants and pubs.
