Clicket Water is a charming and well-presented three-bedroom holiday cottage on the outskirts of Timberscombe, within the beautiful Exmoor National Park. With pretty gardens and far-reaching rural views, it offers a peaceful countryside retreat in an idyllic setting.
The cottage sleeps up to five guests in three comfortable bedrooms: one king-size room, one double, and one bedroom with a spacious 4ft single bed. The first-floor family bathroom includes a walk-in shower, basin and toilet, and there is a separate toilet downstairs.
The living room is warm and inviting, with comfortable seating, Wi-Fi, a Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Firestick, and a wood-burner for cosy evenings. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is well equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and washing machine. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included, and a highchair and stair-gate are available for families.
Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome at no extra charge. A welcome pack and doggy extras are provided, and a hot and cold outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse dogs after muddy walks.
