Situated in the historic and beautiful village of Rottingdean and a stones throw to the local beaches and Victorian Lido of Saltdean. Connected by foot or bicycle on the under cliff beach walk to Brighton and 5 mins by car or regular bus just outside the front door. Enjoy the tranquility of Rottingdean whilst very close to the bustling and vibrant city of Brighton Private parking for 2 cars and easy on street free parking. Regular buses just outside the front door take you all along the coast and into brighton. A cycle lane and undercliff walk links brighton seamlessly.
