Nestled in the heart of Lynmouth, this apartment has splendid views across the River Lyn to the Bristol Channel and Wales beyond. It has easy access to all the restaurants, pubs and cafes in Lynmouth, together with the eclectic mix of shops. There is easy access to Exmoor and there are many walks starting within metres of the front door, including The Two Moors Way, the South West Coast Path and The Coleridge Way.
The kitchen is fully equipped, but most visitors prefer to eat out at one of the many wonderful eateries.
The apartment is situated above the former Lynmouth Post Office, which played a central part in the Overland Launch and was also involved in the Lynmouth Flood in 1952. The rear of the property is many hundreds of years old, probably part of the original dwellings, with the front possibly being built during the Victorian period.
