A cosy and stylish maisonette with one allocated parking space at the front of the property.
Visitor parking available opposite the property making this ideal for guests who need their own vehicle to explore beyond Eastbourne.
The area is quiet and residential and house is set behind the road giving a bit more privacy for the small garden which is to the front of the property.
Hi there - I'm Sandra from Eastbourne, UK. I used work in travel hence I am keen on travelling the world. Have been to places like , Tanzania, India, Japan, Argentina and Italy - backpacking either with a friend or by myself as always up for making friends along the way... I'm most happy when surrounded by friends (or just generally nice people), possibly with a nice glass of wine or cold beer in my hand. Also like getting into the great outdoors - either cycling or hiking up mountains, down mountains - appreciate a nice bit of scenery.
Located in the south harbour of the Sovereign Harbour which is a ten minute drive from the town centre and pier. It is approximately 7/8 minutes walk to the Waterfront and its bars and restaurants and a ten minute walk to the Sovereign retail park with a large Asda (with cash points, petrol station and post office), Boots, Next, Wilko, Matalan and The Gym. It's a quiet residential area with some day time noise from the nearby primary school.
There is allocated parking at the front of the property for one car and visitor spaces opposite the maisonette for any additional vehicles.
Bus stop is a few minutes walk away with an hourly service to the town centre however there are more frequent buses from a stop that is 6 minutes walk away.
The dotto train stop is a five mins walk away from the property and during the summer months runs an hourly service along the seafront.
