The Annex has an open plan kitchen (no freezer) / living room, bed under the stairs and shower room on the ground floor. Upstairs is one large bedroom with a double bed and a single with a pull out bed. The rear garden is fenced for privacy, toward the front of the annex is a shared driveway.
I will be at the property to meet and greet you, with living next door if there's anything you need please ask and if I have it you can use it. If you need any advice on where to visit or where to eat please ask :)
Saltfleet has a marshland beach with golden sandy beaches just a few miles away. There is a pub, a petrol station / shop, chip shop with more village pubs and shops in the next village. In winter, thousands of seals come ashore to have their pups at neighbouring village Donna Nook. Donna Nook is also a bombing range used by the RAF for target practice and is popular with plane spotters. Being situated on the east coast and on the edge of the Wolds there are plenty of walks and scenic views. Saltfleet is in the middle of the seaside towns Cleethorpes and Skegness, both 28 Miles in each direction. Seaside town Mablethorpe is 9 miles away and the quaint market town of Louth is 12 miles away. The historic city of Lincoln is 40 miles away.
