Brand new conversion quietly tucked away but 5 mins walk from the quay and town centre with plenty of private parking, EV charger, enjoy the outside in with bifold doors. We make a small charge for up to 2 dogs payable when you come. A nautical hint indoors and the coastguards boatyard out front. We have solar PV and battery storage and all the latest build to be the most sustainable we can.
I love Wales next to sea and north Norfolk, and have lived here for 25 years as a professional host. I love to sail from Wells sailing club with my family and we are pleased to offer the former Coastguards boathouse where we love to stay when sailing single handers and dinghies from the town
Wells next the sea is well loved by many lifetime visitors to the town with parents and grandparents who love to come here as well. The town has many pubs, restaurants and wine bars and a busy shopping street heading down to the quay where the fishing boats moor. With its own lovely sandy Beach, it is only a short walk along the coast to Holkham Beach. Surrounded by lovely North Norfolk and coastal marshes there is lots of walking and cycling to be enjoyed
