Hi there, I've spent a career in leisure and hospitality and believe it's the little touches that make a difference. Like a personal hand-written greeting, some simple treats to get you going rather than having to search for a shop as soon as you land, and an absolute commitment to cleanliness, comfort and getting a good night's sleep! I have three grown-up daughters and four grandchildren but, in my defence, I started young... I love spending time with my children (and their children), live music, food, travel, keeping active and Match Of The Day. I also operate two other 5* and 10/10 reviewed apartments (Cocoa Summer and Cocoa Isabella) in the building and I live close by so I'm usually on hand on a day to day basis!
