Comfort Hill is an exclusive holiday home situated in one of the most desirable spots along the South Coast, right at the top of Bowleaze Coveway! Soak up the breath-taking panoramic sea views from every room in the house, or enjoy taking in the scenery from the hot tub. Set over two floors, the house is spacious and well thought out, making it an ideal base for a family get together or to celebrate a special occasion with friends. The entrance hall is bright and welcoming, leading into the open plan living, dining room with large picture windows framing the magnificent views of Weymouth Bay. There is a large settee looking out to sea, along with a sociable dining table with seating for eight and overhead rope hanging lights. Just off the main living space is a cosy snug, with comfortable sofa seating and a large wall mounted, flat screen smart TV. To the other side of the living area, is the large kitchen complete with integrated appliances and an AGA for the cooler months. There is a breakfast bar with stools and a breakfast table for a quick breakfast on the go! Also on the ground floor is a conveniently located twin bedroom, with an en-suite walk in shower room. Up to the first floor there are three large bedrooms; two king size and one twin along with a further two family bathrooms. The bedrooms and bathrooms have been renovated to an extremely high standard with beautiful décor throughout. Outside, there is a large lawn along with a spacious patio area and outside seating. We also supply a gas BBQ. From the hot tub you can relax and soak up the sea views. There is also a large garage, half of which is used for a games room with pool table and ping pong table. The other half can be used to store bikes, paddleboards or it is even big enough to fit a car in. The driveway has secure gates and parking for five cars. Pets welcome! (charged extra)

Bowleaze Cove is an exclusive location to the east of Weymouth. The cove is known for its impressive hillside properties, overlooking the rugged chalk cliffs where the land meets the crystal blue waters. Bowleaze cove is a clean, shingle stretch of beach, which runs along to Overcombe corner. The cove is popular with watersports lovers, as it is ideal for paddle boarding, kayaking and jet skiing. The area is a favourite with the locals as it is much quieter than the tourist hotspot at Weymouth beach, but it still has useful facilities and a couple of cafe's for refreshments. Up on the hill at Bowleaze is a large picnic green, with benches and The Lookout cafe. This is a perfect spot for a morning walk, all year round.
