Spacious double room for single occupancy. Located on a fairly new estate just off vibrant Mill Road. Within a short walk to the station, city centre, bars and a vast array of restaurants and large supermarkets. A winter garden adjoins the bedroom, enjoy the space with a book and a coffee. There's a main balcony at the front of the building where you can enjoy city skyline views including a distant view of Kings college. Please note that the apartment backs on to the rail line. Some light noise may be experienced throughout the night, though past guests have had no issues though.

I have been hosting for the past 10 years through various platforms, it's always lovely to welcome guests from many walks of life though the door. I'm pretty laid back and enjoy time with family and friends, cooking, reading and watching TV. I also work with children.

Living just off Mill Road, people have loved the vibrancy of the many cultures that can be found in the local shops and restaurants here. There's a short 25/20 minute walk into the city and lovely river walks too. The main station is just 10 minutes away.
