Lane End Cottage located at the brow of Snowgate Head with breathtaking views of the Holme Valley and at the gateway to the peak district a perfect base for exploring. A light modern space to relax and unwind with smart tv in living room, working area and a cosy log burning stove. Gated secure property with Large private garden and patio area. Ample parking outside, secure cycle & motorcycle storage available on request. The cottage is located 3 miles from the picturesque market town of Holmfirth famed for "The Last Of The Summer Wine" and now has so much more to offer with it's villages and walks in the surrounding areas. Great places to eat and drink and the Picturedrome music venue. Prior to your booking I will email across a welcome guide giving you more information on the property, detailed location and some local recommendations such as a range of walks, activities and places to eat for you to consider and to help to plan your trip.

Friendly helpful and considerate mother of 2 I live next door to the cottage so will be available if required however we have a keysafe for access and like to leave our guests to enjoy their stay without interference.

Located in the small hamlet of Snowgate head perfect for walking and cycling but only a 5 minute drive away from the village of New Mill with great local amenities including several great takeaways, co-operative food store, pharmacies and butchers. 24 hour Petrol station 5 minutes away in Shepley. The popular village of Holmfirth is a 10 minute drive away.
