Contemporary, fully refurbished town house located on the estuary with a view to die for. Private parking, minutes walk from the bars and restaurants in the marina and a perfect place from which to explore the wonderful coastline, beaches and castles of Pembrokeshire. From the copper bath to the open plan living space is luxury living in a spacious family home.
Well travelled young at heart 58 year old, sadly widowed prematurely last year, retired early when I sold my marketing agency to have my son. Have 22 year old son professional rugby playing son and 19 year old daughter whom we adopted as a baby from China and who is now at university in Canada. Enjoy walking the dog in the beautiful countryside around our home in the Cotswolds. Whole family very sporty and active. Have enjoyed several houseswaps in past, longest was 6 months! Enjoy good food and good company and exploring new places. ( did a 3 year circumnavigation of the world in my early 20s before a successful career). Believe life is for living!
