Nestled in the village of Homersfield, this delightful country cottage is a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city while being close to the beautiful Suffolk and Norfolk coasts. A small village on the banks of the River Waveney in Suffolk, Homersfield is home to the historic Grade II Homersfield Bridge, which was built in 1869. The property has an amazing book full of the village’s history. This charming cottage was fully renovated in 2023 to a very good standard. On entering the property, you walk into the cozy living room/dinner with two comfy sofas, a Sky TV, and a wood burner, perfect for putting your feet up in front of you with a glass of wine on a cold winter’s night. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a range cooker and wine cooler. The door to the garden also leads to the annex, which comprises a double sofa bed, TV, and wet room. Upstairs, there are two large bedrooms, the master with a super king-size bed and Sky TV and the other with a king-size and single-day bed; there is also room for a travel cot (not provided).
