There is also a DAB radio/speaker with Bluetooth connectivity. Accessed through the kitchen door is private garden with decked area and table and chairs for dining as well as a charcoal BBQ. Upstairs you will find a generous master bedroom with king sized bed, wardrobe, dressing table and stool. At the rear of the property there is a second bedroom with a small double bed that overlooks the garden and a bathroom with walk-in shower cubicle. Tea, coffee and fresh milk are provided. There is off-road parking for one small-medium sized car at the rear of the property.

The neighbourhood is a quiet residential street full of pretty little traditional Cornish miner's cottages. The location is perfect for exploring Truro - it's less than 10 minutes to walk into the city centre from the front door - but far enough away from the busy shops, bars and restaurants to enjoy a bit of peace and quiet! From the front door... 5 mins walk to the Plaza Cinema, 10 mins walk to The Hall for Cornwall on Lemon Quay and 15 mins walk to Truro cathedral. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance - one of the best pubs in Truro is literally at the end of the road! Truro train station is a 15-20 minute walk from the property, from there you can get trains to Falmouth, St Ives, Penzance among other places. The main bus station is a 10 minute walk away and the closest bus stop is just at the end of the road on Lemon Street.
