A quaint 19th-century, dog-friendly cottage set in a historic Cornish town, close to the vibrant maritime town of Falmouth. The cottage has been modernised but still retains lots of it's original character. An open-plan kitchen and living area, with everything you need for yourself and your furry companions. Modern downstairs bathroom and utility area and a private sun trap rear courtyard. Upstairs has two comfortable and unique bedrooms, one double and one twin, plus a sofa bed downstairs. We've also just installed a new boiler and increased the water pressure so the shower has good pressure and a steady supply of hot water. The boiler also makes use of a nest thermostat for easy control of the central heating making it easy to find a comfortable temperature for you when the weather turns cold.
I'm Nathan, I'm an EAP lecturer currently working on a joint programme with between a respected British university and a highly regarded university in China. Alexander cottage is my home in Cornwall.
St Thomas street is quaint street set in the historic borough of Penryn. There is a Pub, Pizza restaurant and Chip shop all within 200m. The neighbourhood is walkable and very close to bus and train services to take you all around Cornwall.
