Höst is a small, management company that manages a range of properties with heart and meaning. We are located on the Dorset Coastline, each property holds a special story and promises that warm and cosy feeling you want in a home away from home, as soon as you walk in through the door.

Joanne’s Retreat is the perfect Weymouth stay for a small family of three- be that toddler or dog (or both). Located in Preston, just a 15 minute walk from Bowleaze Beach. You have designated parking right outside the front door. And as you’re at the very top of Preston, you’re in a great position to explore further out across Dorset during your stay. Your furry family members are most definitely welcome! The garden is enclosed and secure, so they’re safe and free to run around to their heart’s content. If you are bringing your dog with you, let me know and I’ll leave them some welcome biscuits (I want them to feel at home too!) The home is spacious and airy, with two bedrooms. One is a single room, ideal for one adult or two small children. The other is a stylishly cosy double at the rear of the property. If you need a travel cot, let me know in advance and I’ll make sure it’s all set up and waiting for you when you arrive. The garden has a table, chairs and a BBQ, which you’re more than welcome to use. I don’t supply charcoal for the BBQ as a matter of course, but a barbecue package is available if you’re interested. You’ll find a welcome pack when you arrive with proper tea, coffee, fresh milk and a little treat so you can have a nice hot drink as you settle in after your journey. The kitchen is well-equipped (including a dishwasher), spacious, and an absolute dream to cook in! I supply basic herbs and spices, salt, pepper and olive oil, so you can get cooking straight away. The light and modern bathroom consists of a bath with an overhead shower, a toilet and sink, with a cabinet for you to store your toiletries during your stay. I also supply soft towels, and naturally mineral-rich toiletries by Sea Kelp.
