My aim with Cosy Bee is to provide a modern stylish home from home property with all the home comforts, like access to a fully fitted kitchen, fridge and freezer etc. There is a launderette close by for washing. The property has an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs toilet, Super fast broadband and complimentary, tea coffee and cereal. Cosy Bee is a five minute drive from Bournemouth beach and  the peer is just 7 minutes away. I recommend the Bath Road car park and Bournemouth gardens are beautiful with a great atmosphere often with live music and great restaurants like Urban gardens. Please do not turn up with extra guests, the rooms only permit two adults per room, there are cameras, it will be noticed, your booking may be cancelled without refund, if extra guests sneak in, it is damaging my other guests experience and you will be charged for an extra room. No food is served at the property. Cribs are not provided, your welcome to bring your own, I would not recommend a child over the age of 5 in the double bed with two adults but it is discretionary.  If you have small kids and they like baby animals, an incredible small family farm detailed in my check in instructions. Kids can handle the animals, rabbits, lambs etc. Its also a great place to source super fresh free range eggs for breakfast the next morning. There are two spaces of off-road parking, which are first come first serve. Other free street parking is available close to the property or round the corner please do not block my neighbours driveways. Local amenities, restaurants are 0.4 miles away. Such as Etna Pizzeria and the Richmond Arms pub. Castle point shopping centre, pure gym, restaurants, Bournemouth Hospital is just 2.6 miles away. JP Morgan Chase is 2.2 miles away. If you like a morning walk, jog or a game of golf, Queens Park Golf Course is a stones throw. Bournemouth Airport 3 miles. I hope you have a lovely stay!  Best regards Luke
