After over 20 years organising events we bought our Oast House and holiday lets in February 2022. We Love seeing our guests enjoy the cottages and grounds. Many bring their beloved dogs and enjoy walks across the fields to a gorgeous pub or the quaint Rolvenden village with antique shops. For the more sporty sorts cycling trails and a boating station are just a stones throw away. Drawing on 25 years of events nd catering we offer our very own Friday night takeaway with an asian twist, All guests will receive a warm welcome and we are superhosts on airbnb.

Set in the grounds of a stunning 17th Century Oast house Bluebell cottage has stunning vaulted ceilings and oak floor throughout. Please note that we have a minimum 3 night stay for all bookings when placing your enquiry. You can enjoy wonderful Walks from the garden gate which include 2 outstanding country pubs, historical castles and houses, boating and wine tastings.
