Double room for one guest in a relaxed, stylish and friendly home in Fenham in Newcastle Upon Tyne. Please note there is no lock on the bedroom door. Ideally located 7-10 mins away from the city centre. Only 10 mins away from Newcastle Airport and the Metro Centre. There is space to work in a spacious shared kitchen diner and a modern shared conservatory. Included: WiFi Netflix in room and shared conservatory. Tea, coffee, cordial etc. Bread, spreads, cereals etc in kitchen. Available extras: Electric charging point on drive. Use of washing machine and dryer.
Hi, I am a product owner. I work from home. I like to watch tv series, play poker and watch football in my spare time. I am a Newcastle United fan. Love meeting new people.
I live in a friendly neighbourhood with regular bus services into the city. There is a Morrisons supermarket on the back of the estate, Greggs, Subway and a few other takeaways, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. There is parking on the street - would recommend to park on the corner as the street is fairly narrow. There are a couple of bus stops one at the end of the street and another around the corner from there with options to get the 36, 62, 63, 71 and 72 into the city centre. The 36 bus goes to the train station.
