ABOUT THE COTTAGE There is free on-street parking outside the cottage and on the surrounding roads, a parking area on South Street and free long stay parking at the nearby Community Centre. There is further free time-restricted parking in the village square. Please note that this is an old cottage and there is a low beam at the bottom of the stairs, which are narrow and may be difficult for those with mobility problems. Due to the layout of the cottage it is not possible to fit stairgates, however there is a door which prevents access to the stairs from the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer and other essentials. • The back door of the kitchen opens onto a patio area and secluded garden with outdoor seating, and is secure for dogs. • There are two living areas, the front room with pull-out sofa bed and an armchair and a snug with a sofa, armchair and TV. • Upstairs is reached by a staircase leading from the front room to the first floor landing. The landing has a large hanging cupboard with more storage shelves. • There is a large bedroom with a double bed, dressing table and chest of draws. The bathroom is large and modern, with a walk-in shower and guest towels provided. • Another staircase from the landing leads to the second floor bedroom with two single beds. If travelling with a baby or small child a travel cot and high chair are available on request.
