THIS PROPERTY IS FOR HOLIDAY PURPOSES ONLY AND WE DO NOT ACCEPT CONTRACTOR OR HOUSING ASSOCIATION STAYS Our property is a beautifully refurbished four-bedroom home, ideally located just a short walk from everything you need for a fantastic coastal holiday — the beach, cafés, restaurants, pubs, arcades, and shops are all close by. The fully enclosed garden is perfect for enjoying the sunshine and offers a safe space for children and dogs to play freely. We also provide beach chairs and toys stored in the shed, which you're welcome to take with you for seaside fun. Inside, the house is bright, spacious, and well-equipped for families and groups. The fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor and features a comfortable double sofa bed, which we’ll have made up for any booking of more than six guests. For convenience, there’s also a downstairs toilet with a shower — ideal for those who prefer to avoid the stairs. A stair gate is fitted at the top of the stairs for child and pet safety. Free on-street parking is available. While we’ve rarely had issues, please note that during peak times, you may need to park slightly further down the street — it's usually not a problem, but worth being aware of. I live with my partner Chris and our two children and dog in Suffolk. We came across Gorleston a few years ago after staying at a friend's Caravan in Hopton. We immediately fell in love with Gorleston and everything it has to offer. We very much enjoy visiting and spending time with our family there. The locals are always so friendly and helpful too
