Perfect for those seeking a tranquil and cosy retreat... This unit is on the top floor of an historic 19th former mill, close to the River Cober. Escape the hustle and bustle, and explore the picturesque Cober Valley and the quaint market town of Helston. One bedroom with double bed A basic kitchenette with fridge (small freezer compartment), microwave, toaster, kettle, sink. No cooking facility. Sitting room with fold out bed, suitable for a child. Ensuite shower room

Neighbourhood information

The property is nestled in the beautiful Cober Valley. The scenic St John’s Old Mill to Lowertown riverside trail begins just outside the property, it is a wonderful spot for cycling or hiking. Despite its tranquility, the old mill is just a short walk from Helston’s historic town centre and under a ten minute drive from Porthleven. Porthleven is famous for its culinary scene, beautiful beach and surf conditions.
