Shay Bank Cottage is nestled amongst the famous Pennine Way and the beautiful Yorkshire Dales countryside, with the market town of Skipton, Grassington, Haworth, Bolton Abbey and Ilkley all just a short drive away.. The Lake District is within a hours drive. Free safe parking directly outside the cottage with field views surrounding the property, greeting you with peace and tranquility.

Hi I'm Claire Mason. I was born in a small village called Steeton 5 miles from where I live now, I keep busy running my airbnb, hairdressing and mum to my 2 children. I'm fun, easy going and really love meeting new people. My favourite things in the world are my family, listening to music, animals and walking. I especially love the outdoors, walking and camping. Oh, and I love coffee! Shay Bank Cottage is a self contained annexe attached to our home Shay Bank Farm, the cottage comes with its own access and privacy from our house. I'm around most of the time and always happy to chat!

Our cottage is nestled among farmlands and the Pennine way. In the quaint village of Cowling a mile from the cottage is The Bay Horse Pub (dog friendly), The Hop & Vine Wine Bar, Pinnacle Bar and Bistro restaurant. In-between both bars is a well-stocked Convenience Shop, Sam's Pizza Shop and a fantastic Hairsalon True Colours. Walking the Pennine Way is accessible through adjoining fields from the cottage, cycling and the bus stop is a few steps away from the bottom of our drive which takes you into Lancashire, West and North Yorkshire.
