A very warm welcome to Holly Blue our self catering lodge near Kippford, located at Kippford Holiday Park. Boasting 3 bedrooms, plenty of space for socialising plus flexible accommodation, the lodge makes the perfect holiday home for a group or special family gathering. Everything about this property has been well thought through to create a relaxed and luxurious feeling. This beautifully renovated lodge retains traditional character but also includes a host of modern comforts, making it an ideal home away from home. We have added a brand new deck for 2024.  Should you need more space for a larger gathering we have another lodge (Clouded Yellow) on the same park which sleeps 4/5 and is a three to four minute walk away. As a self-catering lodge you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer, a toaster, a microwave and a washing machine. The kitchen is very well stocked to include washing up liquid, clingfilm, greaseproof paper, dishwasher tablets, washing machine pods, tinfoil and cooking oil The lodge is a perfect place to relax and offers a smart TV with soundbar and free wi-fi. The lodge has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6 adults. In the first bedroom, you will find a king size bed. There is a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is a double. The third bedroom is a comfortable twin. All beds have Simba mattresses. There are 2 bathrooms. The en-suite has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a toilet and sink and a shower over the bath. Linen and towels are all included. A welcome pack is provided containing tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Outside there is a large sunny decking area with seating and table and a gas BBQ. We can provide the following at no additional cost: Baby Pack high chair, travel cot and bedding.Dog Pack  - dog towels, dog blanket, bowls and biscuits. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. - S
