Southbank House is a beautifully renovated Cotswold cottage blending modern design with traditional charm. Accessed via a quiet lane, its clever layout maximizes stunning valley views with multiple outdoor terraces, including hidden elevated spots above the house. Ground Floor: The entrance opens to a spacious kitchen-diner with study area, featuring a double oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, microwave, and Nespresso machine. A charming stone pantry houses the freezer. Sliding doors lead to the main terrace with breathtaking southwest views. Adjacent is a cozy lounge with wood-burning fire, seating for four, and a second sitting area with valley views. First Floor: Three bedrooms all enjoy valley views. The main bedroom has a double bed and en-suite WC. Bedroom 2 features a double bed and private furnished balcony. Bedroom 3 is a twin room. There are two additional bathrooms: a modern wet room and one with feature bathtub. Outdoor Spaces: Unique terraces above the house (accessible from the drive, landing, or Bedroom 2's balcony) include a pergola-shaded seating area and higher vantage points with spectacular views - perfect for enjoying the surrounding natural beauty.

Southbank House enjoys lovely views over Nailsworth, a pretty Cotswold town. You'll find great pubs like The George, plus excellent places to eat - try Amalfi for Italian food or Hobbs House Bakery for fresh bread. Nearby attractions include Stroud (5 miles), Tetbury and Westonbirt Arboretum. The spa town of Cheltenham is 40 minutes away. Walkers will love Minchinhampton Common right nearby - don't miss Winstones Ice Cream! Perfect for a relaxing break.
