This is a country cottage apartment comprising of a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, television with aerial TV (Netflix & Firestick included), a shower room with toilet and sink and kitchen with microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, sink and small portable induction hob, it also has a small dining area for two people. It has private entrance and stairway up to the apartment. Please be aware this is an upstairs space and unfortunately there is no wheelchair access. Perfect for anybody visiting the University, Lancaster city, Morecambe or the surrounding area Gas central heating (on a timer), electricity, bed linen, towel and WiFi included. Free on the road parking.
Galgate is just 1 mile away from Lancaster University, 3 miles from Lancaster Centre and a 3 minute drive to the motorway junction easily heading towards Morecambe and The Lake District. Our beautiful 1800s home has a one bedroom apartment on the upstairs, left side of the house with private entrance and stairway. The village has a Spar shop and 2 local pubs that both serve delicious food.
