Parts of the farm are quite old - the Mill & its stream are in the Doomsday book, there are old local stories that the flour for King Alfred's burnt cakes was milled in our Mill around 850AD. Emma & Michael are the second generation of Heaps to live at Mill farm, for a long time they both lived international lives in many weird and wonderful countries, Spent many years in professional hospitality, they now call Mill farm home. Michael is keen on gardening, plants and outdoor cooking, Emma enjoys eating Michael's outdoor cooking and hopes to own Alpacas one day.
