A very conveniently located short stay house offering good sized and flexible accommodation, would suit two couples ,or a group of friends,family or work colleagues needing to stay in the Nottingham City Centre. Ideal also for parents visiting sons or daughters attending Nottingham Trent University, or a quick walk from the property to see a major band or concert, and then on into the Lace Market district of the Nottingham City Centre offering an array of well regarded restaurants, bistros and bars. The property has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5 persons ( 1 x double bed - 1 x single bed - 2 x single beds can zip together). There is a living room , dining kitchen and shower room / W.C. There is an outside area with a gated driveway providing one off street car parking space.
