Cranbrook is a recently converted modern bungalow only available for a limited periods of time. December and January 2025/2026 presently for a 5 week period and 3 weeks in May. More dates will follow in the future. Cranbrook is situated on a small glen in an AONB area of outstanding natural beauty. Cranbrook sleeps 6 with large open plan living and big garden areas. Positioned on a private driveway with designated parking, nestled amongst trees, with the river Lym footpath situated over it, the fabulous walk into Lyme Regis. Just turn left out of your gate, follow the river and 25 minutes later you arrive at the beach.
We are Fran & Steve. Fun and sociable people who live in the West Country. We were born in Hampshire. Our favourite place is Lyme Regis where we live so close too . We enjoy walking into our seaside town , visiting the pubs and restaurants and fishing from our boat we keep in the harbour. We love our holidays overseas. We own a building firm and I work in the office whist Steve is the big boss out in the field. My big passion is gardening whilst Steves’s is fishing.
The village of Uplyme sits in East Devon and is minutes away from the border of Dorset. We have a fabulous pub called The Talbot Arms , a village hall where events take place , a petrol station, a village shop and a post office in a lovely village setting with amazing walks all around and an historic viaduct called Cannington.
