This is a truly unique and special apartment, with a brilliant location.
In the heart of the town with Ayr’s great attractions ; restaurants , bars and shops, it’salso less than 5 minutes from the beach.
A spacious and open plan home with dramatic features including; mezzanine level, beautiful bedroom and welcoming fireplace. Timeless, quality furnishings have been used throughout to ensure your comfort.
Enjoy something a bit special, all set in a historic sandstone B listed former church .
I live locally so will be on hand with anything you need.
Although in the center of town, this is a quaint historic side street.
This is centre of town so if you don’t want to travel you don’t need to as all of Ayr’s attractions are in your doorstep. The bus station is 1 minute away and the train station 5 minutes.
