This is a deceptively large property in a quiet lane near the centre of Dumfries. The property has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a games room, living room and dining room. The stairs leading to the bedrooms are quite steep so the ground floor bedroom and bathroom would be better suited to those with mobilty issues. It has a large garden and parking for 3 cars. EV charging is provided for your convenience and is priced at my providers rate, currently 26p/kwh.
I live in Edinburgh but was brought up in Dumfries and have many happy memories of it which I want others now to be able to create.
Lovely quiet lane within easy walking distance of the town centre. Great for exploring the beautiful towns and countryside along the Solway Coast.
