The Crows nest apartment offers 2 spacious double rooms equipped with smart televisions in both bedrooms. There is a large open plan kitchen lounge area complete with a dining table to comfortably seat 4 people along with a sofa and a tv, but if you want a bit of peace and quiet you can always immerse yourself in a good book in the reading corner. A spacious modern bathroom complete with shower, bath which compliments this apartment well, The apartment has its own utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer along with iron and ironing board to cover any of your laundry requirements. We offer one parking space at the entrance of the property which makes it so much easier for unpacking.

Par is a small Cornish village located on the south coast. Par has a large, sandy, family-friendly beach. The village is also only 2 miles from the now internationally famed Eden Project, which is easily reached on foot via the lush greenery of the Luxulyan valley. The Historic Fishing Village of Fowey is only a 10min bus ride away or for the more avid adventurer there is a coastal path which runs from par to Fowey Via the beautiful village of Polkerris.
