CROYDE VILLA SUNSEA OVERVIEW
Croyde Villa Sunsea is a spacious 6-bedroom detached home in the heart of Croyde village, sleeping up to 12 guests. Perfect for large families or multiple households sharing, the property offers sea views, a private hot tub, and generous indoor and outdoor space. Just a short walk to the beach, pubs, and shops, it blends coastal charm with everyday convenience. Guests also enjoy a 25% discount at Croyde Surf Shop (Little Pink Shop) for surf and wetsuit hire.

The open-plan lounge features triple-aspect windows, plush corner sofas, a feature fireplace, 50" Smart TV with Sky+HD (full package), Netflix, and fibre Wi-Fi. An adjoining sunroom with skylights and leather seating opens to the garden. A solid pine table seats 12 for shared meals and celebrations.

The kitchen includes a ceramic hob island, twin eye-level ovens, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and a breakfast bar with garden views.
