This recently refurbished cottage is in a peaceful location but only a 10 minute walk to local amenities (2 pubs, a cafe with a pop up restaurant and a shop) and the River Wye. Across from the house is a woodland walk taking you up to the common with stunning views of the Black Mountains. Choose this or many other walks, bike rides or canoeing down the river to explore this area of natural beauty. Or explore the famous book town, Hay on Wye only 5 miles away. NB the brook is accessed from the garden and is not fenced therefore younger children must be supervised at all times. One dog very welcome and 2 on request. We ask all dog owners not to let their pets upstairs, to sleep on the beds or on the furniture. We charge an extra fee which is payable via PayPal or cash on leaving the property. Information in the instruction book in the cottage and in messages on booking
We’re on hand most of the time as we live locally if help is needed otherwise guests will be left alone to enjoy their stay
