If your looking for somewhere to stay close to the town centre with an amazing views over the Swansea and Mumbles bays then this is just what your looking for.
With just a short walk from many local attractions such as The Grand Theatre, Museums, the beach and a variety of restaurants with dishes from all over the world and many local bars.

My names Jason and I'm a property developer and in my spare time I volunteer as a race marshal, mainly at Silverstone but have done a few other circuits around the UK and also been lucky enough to do Canada.
We will be available most of the time in person during your stay if required.
There are plenty of buses to help you get around the town and will take you down the Gower. the bus stop is a 2 minute walk away on the main road. more information will be available at the property.
