St Monans is a small seaside village in the East Neuk of Fife and is the smallest of the fishing ports within the area. This small one bedroom flats forms part of a reformed 18th century old fishermans cottage in the heart of the picturesque traditional fishing village and is set back one street from the harbour. St Monans lies directly on the Fife Coastal Path, so is very popular with walkers. The property consists of a modern fully equipment kitchen including integrated dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. The open plan livingroom also includes a dining table, sofa, TV with freeview. There is WIFI and central heating throughout. A WC and walk-in shower. Just a stone's throw away around the corner is a fine dining restaurant to one side, delightful coffee shop around the corner and a fabulous smokehouse along the end of the pier. There is also a mini market and post office just across the road. St Andrews is a 15-20 minute drive and some of the most famous golf courses are in the surrounding area.
