PLEASE DO NOT TURN THE CENTRAL HEATING ABOVE 21C! - The smart thermostat sends us notifications whenever it's malfunctioning if the windows and doors are open whilst the heating is on or if the radiator where the thermostat is mounted is turned off or covered with anything . The thermostat will shut down and the property won't be heated up. -Please don't turn off the radiator or cover the radiator in the living room with anything to avoid malfunctioning of the smart thermostat -Windows are to be closed, lights and heating turned down to 18C each time you leave the house to avoid unnecessary energy waste -Shut all Windows and doors whilst central heating is on -No indoor smoking, no drugs and no firearms -Extra fee charged for additional cleaning if property is trashed or messed up. please, tidy up after yourselves and use the bins outside -No house parties/no events -No unregistered guests without our consent -No instant local guest booking without our consent -No anti-social behaviour -Quiet time is between 9pm and 10am -Keep noise down to a minimum.
