Welcome to Brickyard Cottage, we think you'll like this surprisingly spacious house and it's location. My wife Zoe and I have been running four holiday lets for the past five years which all have very high ratings of around 9.5 and we're sure you'll find this new one to the same high standard.

Welcome to Brickyard Cottage, a stylish, newly refurbished, comfortable cottage in the riverside village of North Ferriby offering a tranquil bolthole whilst within easy travelling distance of Hull, Beverley, Melton and the M62. There is a mainline station within easy walking distance, woodland, riverside and country walks on the doorstep including the Yorkshire Wolds Way, with a great pub, cafes and restaurant in the village. Number 4 Brickyard Cottages is surprisingly spacious and well appointed with modern amenities including Superfast Broadband, Alexa Smart Speaker, Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, dedicated workspace. There is a south-facing outside seating area and free on-street parking. Sleep well on high quality mattresses with black out bedroom curtains Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1 - double sized bed, Bedroom 2 - two single beds. All bedding and towels are provided for the number of guests booked. A coffee pod machine with pods, instant coffee, tea, sugar and a cafetiere are provided.

Neighbourhood information

North Ferriby is a vibrant, semi-rural East Yorkshire village boasting shops including a chemist, newsagents, hairdressers, a well-stocked Co-op. For entertainment, food and drinks there’s an excellent pub, Squash and Tennis clubs, a fabulous Indian restaurant, takeaways - the fish and chips are great - plus the famous riverside walks with stunning views over the Humber estuary and Humber Bridge. There’s also a popular café with children’s play area a minute’s walk away where you can wander through an Enchanted Wood, follow the Riverside Walk or famous Wolds Way, or take a bike ride to the Humber Bridge. Journey times: Hull 15 minutes. Melton 5 minutes. Beverley 20 minutes. A63 / M62 5 minutes. Railway station 2 minutes’ walk.
