We spent months renovating this property, there has been a lot of thought not too mention effort behind everything; the goal was to try and make it a bit more different than your standard hotel/Serviced accommodation, for example the lounge decor is Industrial/Gold inspired. The majority of Exeter central property's for rent are apartments, this is one of the few property's where you get the whole house, including a courtyard for when the sun is out!. With regards to making this property and your experience different, within the property you have access to a website which was made just for the property, not only will it give you more in depth detail on the amenties, it will also give you information on Exeter and the surrounding area, you can even use it to order takeway!. There is also a smart tv with access to netflix as well as a games console. Finally, it's worth mentioning that this property was previously managed by a company, however there was feedback from guests that things were not running as smoothly as was expected, thus we are now managing this ourselves, which so far from the feedback received, it appears to have been the right move.

Obviously slightly bias, but the neighbourhood is wonderful especially the main Magdalen Road parade.
