🏡 House Rules – Please Read Before Booking Welcome to our home! You’ll be staying in one private bedroom in a peaceful 3-bedroom house. One of the rooms is occupied by a long-term lodger, and we all value a clean, quiet, and respectful environment. ✨ What to Know:     •    Bathroom & toilet are shared with one other person. Please keep them clean after use.     •    Kitchen use is available only for stays longer than 3 nights. Light use (microwave, fridge, kettle) is fine for shorter stays.     •    Quiet hours: 9 PM – 8 AM. No loud music or noise during this time.     •    No unregistered guests or overnight visitors allowed.     •    No Smoking indoors, designated smoking area at the back Vaping is allowed indoors Strictly NO drugs anywhere on the property.     •    No parties or events.     •    Wi-Fi available for normal use (no heavy downloads or streaming).     •    Always lock the door when entering or leaving.     •    Check-in: After 3 PM, Check-out: By 11 AM. Security cameras: External and internal cameras are installed in communal areas only — there are no cameras in any private areas. In case of an emergency do not hesitate to ring the host.
