Company information

Originally from London but moved to lovely Southsea in Hampshire in 2003. Successfully hosting guests since 2015 growing a portfolio of properties varying from 1 bed apartments to 3 bed houses.

Property information

A very comfortable 3 bedroomed house close to great travel links. Comprising of a good-sized separate kitchen diner, well sized family bathroom and large living room with flat screen smart TV and Wi-Fi with patio doors leading to a large garden with seating. Parking permits are available on request in advance with parking areas located close by.

Neighbourhood information

The property is extremely well located by Harbour Station if travelling by train, or to connect to London, the Isle of Wight & many more places. A short walk to many popular attractions. such as;- Gunwharf Quays the perfect place to shop, have a coffee or a meal in one of its sea front restaurants, or to just sit back and relax. The Historic Dockyard with its Mary Rose Exabition, Old Portsmouth with its Cathedral and great pubs and Portsmouth University on its doorstep.
