Built in the 1880’s during the Victorian holiday boom the villa reflects traditional warmth and charm. Transformed today into an exclusive self-catering holiday house, Rosscairn Villa offers true Scottish hospitality. The villa is ideal for larger groups of friends looking to celebrate an event or a family occasion. With 10 ensuite bedrooms the villa sleeps up to 22 guests in individually styled bedrooms. Interior Rosscairn Villa has been beautifully decorated retaining many of the original features throughout enhancing the Victorian interiors with a traditional Scottish Highland feel. The ground floor features the spacious main living areas, an inviting sitting room filled with leather couches and antique furnishings, a welcoming drawing room, and a television room, all designed for entertaining in comfort and style. The bedrooms offer a boutique experience and are located on the upper levels, sleeping up to 22 guests in 10 ensuite bedrooms. Most bedrooms have picturesque views over the Cowal Golf Course and the surrounding countryside hills. Note the property can also be split into groups sizes of max 22 guests, 16 guests and 12 guests.
