Surrounded by generous, shared gardens filled with wildflower meadows, mature trees, ponds, a stumpery, an orchard, and vegetable beds, this is a perfect haven for nature enthusiasts. With WiFi and parking for 2–3 cars, this is a fantastic chance to immerse yourself in green living within a calm, biodiverse surroundings. Bedroom one features a king-size bed, while bedroom two includes a double bed, offering a peaceful night’s sleep for couples, friends, or small families. The bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle, and there is also a separate WC. A fully equipped kitchen leads into a cosy dining area, complete with a table, bench, and two chairs. Outside, a table with four chairs offers the perfect spot for al fresco dining or simply relaxing in the fresh air, enjoying the natural surroundings of the shared outdoor space. Make yourself at home! With easy access to your personal Netflix account, entertainment is just a click away. Just a reminder, aerial service is not available. To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide toiletries and other amenities upon your arrival, ensuring a fantastic start to your experience. If you find these items running low before your departure, we kindly ask you to pick up replacements from nearby shops, as we don't offer replenishment services. Kindly note: This property is best suited for adults, as it includes an unfenced pond that is part of the natural surroundings. - Through Guestflow, guests MUST complete important steps, including uploading a photo ID securely ahead of arrival (required for insurance and fraud prevention)

- Guestflow provides a Guest App, where you’ll find your access instructions, property guide, and other helpful information for your stay.

- Lead guest minimum age: 21 years old.

- Quiet hours: After 11:00 PM. A breach of quiet hours will incur a £50 fee.

- No stag or hen parties allowed.

- No illegal activities or solicitation of any kind are permitted on the premises.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs.

- Waste management rules will be provided. Failure to follow them will result in a £150 fee.

- Standard late checkout fee: £10 per hour for approved late check-outs.

- Unauthorised late checkout fee: £50 per hour if cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed, plus the cleaning fee.

-The refundable damage deposit will be returned within 7 days of your departure, minus £3 admin fee, upon a successful property inspection.
