We are Jo and Dan we are a family run property developer and holiday let creator We have a fb called Blackpool Stays We have 11 properties in total that we manage, we care about the properties and our guests We love visiting nice places and i love Monkeys, the outdoors, quirky beautiful houses/apartments creating Holiday homes and playing the saxophone Dan loves Reptiles, animals the outdoors, travelling and playing the guitar, we live about 15 mins away from the property :)

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit , it is close to the pleasure beach, sandcastle, wax works and many other attractions its in the perfect spot for the illuminations and Blackpool Air show We recently bought this detached house and the Emerald apartment is inside, we have give it a new happy lease of life It sleeps 4 with a double and bunk beds, dining/lounge area, kitchen and bathroom it has WIFI, Parking and Streaming TVs

Neighbourhood information

situated in a lovely area on a large street, with on street parking, we are behind the Pleasure Beach and you go over trains tracks footbridge and your at The Pleasure Beach, There are shops 2 minutes walk, a lovely bakers called Bennetts and a butcher where we get our local meat from, alongside a grocery shop, the bus stop is opposite outside The Farmers Arms pub and then down the street is Highfield road is has lots of shops/cafes takeaways it has its own little community if you decide to walk over the bridge (Harrowside) great chippy there and then cross the road you at on the prom start of the trams illuminations Also Squire Gate where we have a large Morrisons/pets at home etc
