Lovely house, very clean, well equipped and good location. Owner was very responsive when we had a slight issue with the hob (which we managed to sort very quickly) she even offered to cook us some breakfast and bring over! Great service!

Owned by a local family, this newly built property is light, airy and spacious. It offers a Master en-suite , Double room and a single room, with a spacious Family bathroom. Downstairs offers a separate living room, downstairs wc, along with a kitchen diner that opens up onto an enclosed garden. The property has a double driveway with side access to the house- surfboard, cycling, pushchair etc friendly. our nearest beach is just 3.9 miles away from you. Breathtaking views and walks near by.
We are a active family who love the outdoors, cyclocross racing , bmx racing, paddle boarding, surfing , and horse riding ( mostly ) . We make the most of the area that we live in, going on daily walks with our little chavichon lollie. We feel lucky to live in such a beautiful part of the country and really hope you enjoy your stay with us Always at the end of the phone to help. Can be available
Pridham Place is a residential estate that comprises of 72 homes. The house is well situated to amenities and just a short travel to the ancient port and market town of Bideford. Affinaty ( shopping centre) is a short walk ( 13minutes apx ) from your location. There is a cut through in the estate that leads you to Blights Motors Spar, convenience store and fuel station. A bus stop is located at the entrance of Blights Motors. nearest beach is 3.6 miles ( westward ho) instow 4.6 miles The area offers many nature walks,( happy to recommend ) The tarka trail great for walks and cycling. Great spots for paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing, surfing, body boarding ( tide dependant ) kite surfing. The famous Saunton sands is apx 17.7 miles and woolacombe bay 22.4 miles. Two driveway parking spaces are allocated for your use, there are no on street restrictions for parking but not every house hold has access to a allocated parking space so please consider others.
