Evelea is a recently refurbished 3 bed detached bungalow with gas central heating, build in the 1980’s with mature gardens and a sun room. There is parking for one car on the driveway and free on street parking. It is a few minutes walk to the centre of Watchet, the West Somerset railway station, the esplanade and nearby West beach.
I live and work locally so I am on hand should any issues arise.
Watchet is a seaside town close to the beautiful Quantock hills and Exmoor. The town has a rich maritime history, reflected in the small museums doted around the town and inspired the famous poem ‘The Ancient Mariner’. The recent East Quay development hosts art galleries alongside artist workshops overlooking the marina. The community in Watchet is very active including street markets, Watchet summertime festival and other activities throughout the year.
The West Somerset steam railway runs through Watchet and its station is the focus of the 1940’s weekend every September.
