We are super excited and delighted to present this beautiful city centre apartment tailored for couples, families and business clients :) We spared no expense on the furniture by providing bespoke pieces with a rustic and modern touch. for the first time in Bradford, a cinema-style TV has been installed at a massive 85" to give a movie and sound experience like no other in your own home comfort! The apartment is spacious and the cinema TV is a smart TV with free Ultra 4k plus Netflix. Netflix is also accessible in both bedrooms. This will cater for multiple situations like Wedding's, business/corporate stays, birthdays, couples, friends and families. Please message anytime with any questions at all. Thank you :) (please note, light dressing in the bedrooms, photos in the picture frames, blinds in the living room and some other bits are not completed yet due to waiting on deliverers, so please bear with us! ) RULES: strictly no parties and loud noises 150 deposit (sent back within 36 hours)

The location of the apartment is in a building called Conditioning House. Within the building, there is a fully secure and gated access and within it is a large courtyard, and it is in a private and quiet place of the city centre, it has a safe and holiday feel for your stay away with your friends or family. Very close to the large Tesco superstore and just opposite Costa, Subway, McDonald's, Greggs, and Forster square train station and just 15 minutes by car or train to Leeds City Centre
