Property information

We spared no expense on the furniture by providing bespoke pieces with a rustic and modern touch. A cinema-style TV has been installed at a massive 85" to give a movie and sound experience like no other in your own home comfort!

Neighbourhood information

The location of the apartment is in a building called Conditioning House. Within the building, there is a fully secure and gated access and within it is a large courtyard, and it is in a private and quiet place of the city centre, it has a safe and holiday feel for your stay away with your friends or family. Very close to the large Tesco superstore and just opposite Costa, Subway, McDonald's, Greggs, and Forster Square train station and just 15 minutes by car or train to Leeds City Centre
