Exmouth is the perfect location for exploring East Devon, it provides 2 miles of sandy beach, boat trips, watersports, the Exe Estuary Trail and SW Coast Path to name a few. All amenities are within walking distance of Flat One including public transport, great pubs & restaurants, M&S Food Hall.
Exmouth is 6.6 miles from Sandy Park, home of Exeter Chiefs Rugby and can be reached by train. The City of Exeter with its Cathedral and University are 9 miles away and can also be reached by train.
Follow the East Devon coastline to reach Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth or go the opposite way to Torbay...
I live about a 10 minute drive from the flat so on hand if needed. More than happy to help or offer advice to help you make the most of your stay in Exmouth..

The flat is the ground floor of a converted victorian house situated between the beach, marina and town centre in the town of Exmouth, East Devon
Walking distance of the beach, the marina, the town, public transport, M&S Food hall and many pubs & restaurants.. the Exe Estuary Trail (16.4 miles) can be cycled or walked from the flat...
You can drive to nearby Budleigh Salterton in 10 minutes and hop on a train to the village of Lympstone and small town of Topsham. If you stay on the train you can reach the City of Exeter in 25 minutes.
If you prefer to travel by sea, Exmouth offers a variety of boat trips, fishing trips and has a Watersports Centre based on the seafront where you can hire paddle boards, windsurfing and kite surfing equipment.
